Tuesday night saw our busiest launch night to date for both Little Warriors and our Adult & Teen class.

Little Warrior classes are about personal growth and developing a positive mindset too. Whilst many claim to improve mental attributes, we are working extremely hard to provide evidence of our claims.

As well as our child and adult kickboxing classes launching September 3rd, we will also be starting a beginners Eskrima class at our new Rhyl venue.

Wellington Road Community Centre, Rhyl will be the latest venue to host our beginners kickboxing classes. Due to public demand in the local area, we have recently secured a new venue for our kickboxing classes. Set to start in September on Tuesday evenings.
