GET FIGHTING FIT FOR SUMMER WITH OUR 6 WEEK ‘FIGHT CAMP’ BOOTCAMP…

Kickboxing is a total body work out. Train up to four times a week for six weeks and become a lean machine for summer 2019!

Commencing 8th April, our boot camp will give you the experience of a short ‘fight camp’ without the full contact fighting.

Suitable for complete martial arts beginners to the more seasoned martial artists, we have something to suit all abilities. Train at our three locations in Rhyl, Dyserth and Prestatyn; up to four times a week for just £60.

What we can do for you

  • Boxing- Training sessions help to burn as high as 500 calories in a single work out. It also helps you to gain not only muscule, but mental strength too. It is the perfect form of workout that balances mind, body and soul.
  • Pad Work- Partner training with pads is fun and allows you to perform a wide variety of drills and “fighting games”. Not only this but fat burning is accomplished more effectively by interval training. Interval training involves periods of moderate to high intensity exertion followed by low intensity periods to catch your breath and recover your energy in between.
    This type of training will increase your metabolism for hours after your workout and you will burn more overall calories and body fat.
  • Body Conditioning- Body Conditioning is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique.
  • Kicking- Focusing on your legs, your abs, obliques and lower back muscles. Kicking increases flexibility and muscular endurance, as well as improving co-ordination and muscular balance.
  • Heavy Bag Workouts- Heavy bag workouts benefit your entire body however maximum benefit is received by the upper half. They also focus on cardio training, which raises the heart rate therefore the speed of circulation. Strengthening the heart muscle and improving its health.
  • Fitness- Our 6 week camp will leave you with improved stamina, agility and co-ordination. Physically, it is a cardio-intensive full body workout, burning plenty of calories whilst creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Kickboxing is a great way to alleviate a common problem of ‘gym boredom’. By combining a cardio-intense session with a testing muscle workout.

  • Rhyl- Monday & Wednesday  6:30pm-7:30pm at The Old Boxing Gym
  • Prestatyn- Thursday  7:00pm-7:50pm at Jubilee Community Centre
  • Dyserth- Friday  7:00pm-7:50pm at Dyserth Community Centre
