our new Rhyl venue.

Instructor Gareth has trained under Grand Master Abna in the Philippines, as well as many masters and grand masters in Filipino martial arts in the UK, and we are the only Martial Arts school in the North Wales area to teach this indigenous fighting art of the Philippines. Our Eskrima class will be the final class of the night at our new location in Rhyl.
Best known for it’s legendary stick fighting methods. It teaches a whole spectrum of weapon fighting and defence as well as grappling and striking.
This class is suitable for both men and women age 16+. However, we are also hopeful to be able to host another Childrens Nunchaku workshop in the near future following on from the success of our last one in Dyserth.
